Omega 3 Rubbish

HU n. fish

The British Medical Journal (25 March 2006 edition) finds that Omega 3 fatty acids do not prevent heart attacks or cut deaths from heart disease. The health benefits are not clear from the evidence so far, the researchers say.

According to the study, those who eat most fish tend to be people with healthier lifestyles. The effects of better eating and more exercise have not been sufficiently allowed for in previous Omega 3 studies.

So don't go rushing out to buy health supplements just because they say "GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH" on the tin.

In fact, I can safely say, reading Sisuahlai is a lot healthier (and cheaper).

Forget about Omega 3, just eat more fish....

KNB....HAHAHAHAHAHA well, we can serve it to those feels that they require 8 inches slippery dicks to compensate for their own "shortness" ahahahahahaha

But incidently, we have yet to come with a recipe for it, but like I said, if you feel that you need to compensate for your shortness, we can always try...maybe "pais" or "steam" it hahahahaha

How to Cook Slippery Dicks.

As requested by KNB,

1st, remember to skin the fish properly as this will reduce the "fishy taste" especially around the head area.

(Pais)
Wrap in some form of skin, preferably banana leaves, and then, place on hot smoky fire, and smoke it till it cooks, cooked fish can be identified by its touch and texture and also the white collugated protein that can be seen coming out of the fish's body (usually means that its overcooked)

(Steaming)
Same method as above, just that you dont have to wrap it in a sking, and pop it into a steamer until the same desired effect as above appears.

Bon Apetit......hahahahaha

Sisuahlai, when you're back in Sarawak...visit me in Sibu & I'll belanja you Sarawak's ikan seluang or slippery dicks. From the photo, I think they're the same fish... then again I could be wrong... ;)
