Does anyone know the practical purpose of shaving off the hair when kena caught by Polis?
Shaving hair is a common practice among naughty shoolchildren. A good way to embarrass people is to shave off their eyebrows. No, I am not suggesting we should pass this eyebrow shaving as law. I think this should only be allowed when you are under 20, and only on your birthday.
I guess playing mahjong in public places in no cham siang matter in Kajang.
