RM2mil virginity price tag

Weirdest story of the day: RM2 million for virginity loss!!

Can you actually sue your bf/husband for virginity loss because he could not deliver his promises later on?

Promises like marriage, giving/buying you something, and getting his parental approval. Wow, this woman actually sues the guy and at the same time values her virginity at RM2mil.... I guess it's true, everything has a price tag.

I don't want to say too much here, I do not want any feminist movement going after my head now.

there is indeed a prize for coming in last...

u can sue someone for anything.

a contract, verbal or otherwise, is a mutual agreement to deliver.

as long as the contracted terms are legal, it's legally binding. even in this case. it's not illegal to have sex btw the two of them and it;s not illegal to get married.

eg: i agree to pay u rm2 for ur apple.

u agree to give me the said apple for rm2.

but most cases, it's not so clear cut and/or involves monetary exchanges.

this is when the trouble comes in.

(ie: she only relented sleeping with him bcoz he said he will marry her. in exchange for sleeping with u, u must marry me. both agreed.)

the 2mil pricetag is more like damages for her mental anguish, depression etc.. lar.

im sure by the way they said "the parents dont like her" her life was made a living hell and the husband got no guts to stand up for her and let the parents bully her.

if not, not going through customary rites wldnt be enough to make u sue someone for sthg like this.

You're right, you can sue for almost anything these days. A simple refund is just not good enough.

but the glaring lesson here: never promise anything in return for sex.

btw, the guy and his family are probably worth much more than 2 mil! The girl won't be suing this much otherwise.

suing for stuf like unable to marry or taking virginity has been going on centuries ago.
